During next winter migratory birds will congregate in flocks of hundred and thousands along the Mexican gulf coast. Gulls and terns arrives to Tamaulipas during this season and uses tides for foraging and rest, but due the high numbers conflicts will appear between diferent species as apperas in the image between a Royal tern (Sterna maxima) and the American oystercatcher (Haematopus palliatus).
