The penisnsula of Baja California is ubicated on the pacific slope of Mexico where biodiversity appears in a rich variety of ecosystems, also endemic species are quite common due radical changes in the secuence of habitats and its insular shape. The image was taken during an aerial survey in Bahía Asunción and we can apreciate an inmediate habitar change (mangroove to dune system) produced by a simple water stream.
