The tufted jay (Cyanocorax inca) is an endangered and endemic bird of the Sierra Madre Occidental in México is distributed in the states of Durango and Sinaloa, lives in pine-oak forests and is an incredible defender of its territory. In the image this jay was trying to get out of a woodhouse under construction. (C) Santiago Gibert Isern.
