In Mexico, as in the majority of the countries allover the world, many species are endangered due illegal trade. In the image a spider monkey (Allouatta pigra) is waiting to be sell in some place of Peninsla Yucatan. Authorities needs to solve the problem by incentivating rural comunities to develop ecoturism projects that will protect biodiversity and generate incomes.
